Jim Taylor - President Jim co-founded RJ Taylor, Inc., in 1984 and has served as president since 1986.  In addition to his business strengths he has extensive experience in project programming, budget forecasting and value engineering services. Jim enjoys an active lifestyle; with interests in golfing, running (approximately 30 miles each week!), and numerous volunteer activities. Karl Schuler - Vice President Karl joined RJ Taylor in 1989 as a project manager. In 1996 he became a partner in the firm and in 1997 a Vice President. He has extensive experience in project programming, budget forecasting, conceptual estimating and coordinating design build services for the firm. With five wonderful children Karl often has lots of sporting events to attend. Sometimes he’s able to get in some golfing with friends, or spend some time with family at their Adirondack camp. Fred Lehmann - Project Manager Fred began his career as a carpenter and mason in the field in 1987. He joined RJ Taylor as a Project Manager in 1998 and has continued since to balance the quality, schedule and budget demands of our various clients with pride and integrity. He is responsible for several types of construction projects, from private, to municipal, to public funded HUD projects valued up to $3.0 Million. When he’s not taking care of his adorable children, the glinting sun on the water calls Fred to enjoy boating with friends. Maybe the next time you’re out on the lake you’ll see him. Jillian Coffey - Project Manager Jillian brings an impressive background in managing various types of construction projects. With a masters degree in Construction Engineering Management she has the ability to assure that projects progress in a timely manner and well within budget. If you see Jillian when she isn’t working, then you might be watching motor sports racing, or snowmobiling. She also has a deep love of dogs owning 2 crazy chocolate labs. Jayne Penepent - Controller As company controller and benefits manager Jayne ensures that the company runs smoothly and the employees are taken care of. Seven years with RJ Taylor she really knows her stuff! Raising three wonderful children, at home you’ll probably find Jayne gardening, working on home projects, or arts and crafts. Sharon Bresovski - Project Manager Assistant Sharon maintains the submittals, transmittals, meeting minutes and other correspondence for the Project Managers. With nine years experience in handling multiple office duties she ensures that important information is properly maintained and distributed.  While gardening calls her outdoors to enjoy the fresh air and any sunshine Rochester may have, baking homemade bread and pretzels also keeps her busy. Kelly Spencer - Contract Administrator Kelly has been handling the contracts, purchase orders and insurance documentation for all of our projects for two years.  She also enjoys boating with her husband Sean, taking bike rides along the canal and spending time with family and friends. Frank Morton - Project Superintendent Frank has over 40 years of experience in all phases of construction and nearly twenty years with RJ Taylor. He has vast experience managing all types of construction projects, including managing projects in New York, Michigan, Massachusetts, and California. Frank’s family, which includes 3 married daughters and 8 grandchildren, has definitely kept him having anything but a dull life. He enjoys traveling, hunting, and just plain puttering around the yard. Jim Clarke - Project Superintendent Having started as a carpenter Jim now has more than 17 years in the construction field. He knows the construction process from start to finish and he knows how to make that process happen efficiently. A good ol’ country boy, Jim loves to go on hunting trips with his buddies when he’s not at the auto races. Ashley Quaintance - Project Superintendent All 21 years of Ashley’s construction field experience have been with RJ Taylor. He started as a mason and has worked his way up to Project Superintendent. Ashley ensures that customers are very happy that they chose RJ Taylor. Darrell Youngman - Project Superintendent 30 years in the construction field has gained Darrell the knowledge and ability required to effectively handle a project from start to finish. Edwin "Tex" May - Project Superintendent From carpentry foreman to project superintendent Tex has 27 years of experience in the construction field, 21 of those years have been in commercial construction. For the past 15 years his experience has given him considerable foresight as a Project Superintendent. Camping with the wife and kids, turkey and bow hunting, kids soccer games, and various family activities keep Tex pretty busy outside of work.
