THE SITUATION:
RJ Taylor won the competitive bid for this specialized recycling facility in Wayne County. The project included construction of a new 11,000 square foot pre-engineered building, modification of an existing 12,000 square foot building and installation of new state-of-the-art recycling equipment furnished by Count Recycling. The finished facility has two sorting lines, one for paper and corrugated (fiberline) and one for sorting commingled recyclables (glass, plastic, H.D.P.E. and cans). In typical RJ Taylor fashion, the project was finished one month ahead of the required completion schedule.
