THE SITUATION:
Calkins Park LLC had a problem. They needed to deliver a state-of-the-art outpatient treatment facility from the ground up in just nine months. And that was the good news. Add a difficult site, winter conditions and ever-changing tenant requirements, and the chances for success seamed bleak. Then RJ Taylor was brought in. Working with the owner and design team, RJ Taylor orchestrated the project so that the shell and major mechanical systems could be built while interior design was still underway. And detailed project timelines and tight cost controls brought the project to completion on-time and on-budget.
